Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Firelands Scientific / The Landing Dispensaries. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide best-in-class hospitality and consultation to every guest, engaging in one-on-one interactions to understand their specific needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of every product and strain in the store, making informed recommendations to customers.
- Consult with customers to identify their experience level, preferred method of consumption, and desired effects, providing personalized product suggestions.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, discount application, and verification of proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers.
- Accurately use and maintain the Point of Sale (POS) system, entering customer profiles and data in a timely manner.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work effectively with employees, management, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to learn and understand cannabinoids and the natural function of the endocannabinoid system in the human body.
- Must be 21 years of age or older and pass a background check.
Our dispensary is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, similar to a busy retail store. You will be constantly interacting with internal and external stakeholders, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.
