We are seeking a talented Acrylic Polymer Research Scientist to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the innovation and development of acrylic polymers tailored for the global pressure-sensitive adhesive sector.
  • Engage in hands-on polymerization processes and prototype formulation.
  • Evaluate experimental data, compile technical documentation, and communicate insights with project teams.
  • Work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate successful product introductions.
  • Mentor and assist fellow team members in laboratory settings.
  • Occasionally travel to meet customer requirements and conduct experimental trials.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related discipline.

  • Proven experience in the synthesis, formulation, and scaling of acrylic polymers.
  • Familiarity with adhesive systems is advantageous.
  • Capability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience in commercial product development within the adhesives or coatings sector.
  • Ability to comprehend customer needs and convert them into effective strategies.
  • Proficient in analytical methods and materials characterization.
