Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier - Driver to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. As a Cashier - Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash, making change, and issuing receipts.
  • Operate a cash register, calculator, or credit card machine to handle transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the booth and surrounding area.
  • Conduct timely checks to ensure a proper inventory of necessary work aids and supplies.
  • Verify log of shift transactions against bank of revenue on hand.
  • Compile bank of collected revenue during the day and prepare shift report of transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant and mannerly demeanor when speaking on the telephone and with the public.
