Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facility Operations Assistant to join our team at SP+. As a key member of our parking management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of our assigned locations, ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations, including ensuring appropriate customer interaction, supervising the completion of all evening closing reports, and processing bank deposits.
  • Supervise frontline staff, including cashiers, valet attendants, and maintenance porters, and assist with the hiring and training of new staff members.
  • Prepare month-end reports, audit daily cashier shift reports, and monitor and check time cards.
  • Assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent required; a minimum of six months of parking experience preferred.
  • Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to respond to requests for service and assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
