Job Title: Cashier - Driver

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Collect payment from customers for parking services and facilitate the flow of traffic through the gate.
  • Count and verify the bank of revenue at the beginning of each shift to ensure accuracy.
  • Operate a cash register, making change and issuing receipts or tickets to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards.
  • Verify log of shift transactions against the bank of revenue on hand.
  • Compile and record amounts received, cars in/out of the facility, and cars left in the facility (if applicable).

Requirements:

  • Less than high school education or up to one month of related experience or training.
  • Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift, and/or weekends may be required.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
