This role is all about creating an efficient, stress-free, and enjoyable experience for each customer. As a Cashier, you'll be responsible for receiving payment from customers for parking services and facilitating the flow of traffic through the facility. Your duties will include:



  • Receiving payment from customers and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that every interaction delivers on our promise of making every moment matter.
  • Counting and securing cash and maintaining the security of our revenue.
  • Making change and issuing receipts or tickets to customers for each transaction.
  • Computing or re-computing bills from tickets and displaying the cost of customer transactions on our cash registers.
  • Quoting prices for parking services and giving directions to city locations to assist customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently and escalating issues to supervisors when needed.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of our booths and surrounding areas.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record, if you're expected to drive a company vehicle or drive on company business.


We offer a competitive salary of $17.60 per hour, plus tips, and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short-term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
