Job Responsibilities

This role is set to commence in the upcoming academic year.

We are seeking qualified faculty to deliver high-quality instruction in English and English as a Second Language to a diverse student population. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creating engaging instructional materials and curricula tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Implementing innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and success.
  • Participating in college-wide activities and committees to enrich the academic community.
  • Providing academic support and guidance to students during office hours and through digital communication.

Qualifications

A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is required, along with specific qualifications in ESL and English.

Preferred Qualifications

A. Extensive experience teaching English and ESL at the community college level.
B. Proven ability to create inclusive and effective learning environments.
C. Familiarity with instructional technologies and learning management systems.
D. Engagement in community outreach and collaboration with colleagues.

Working Conditions
