Security Contract Manager

Constellis is seeking a highly skilled Security Contract Manager to join our team. As a Security Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple security contracts with commercial customers in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations on security contracts, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure contract requirements are achieved within the timelines dictated by the contract and budget.
- Responsible for the profit and loss of the program and accountable for financial performance.
- Set policies and directives to ensure good order and discipline of contract employees.
- Manage staffing to adequately achieve contract objectives.
- Staff the contract with qualified employees that meet contract requirements.
- Serve as a primary liaison to clients.
- Possess a minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in project development and implementation, management and control of funds and resources, and managing multi-task contracts or subcontracts.
- Verifiable experience and training in security awareness, mediation and conflict resolution, disaster and emergency situations, and managing personnel at various types of facilities.
- Bachelor's degree or substantial and verifiable law enforcement, military, or business management experience.
- A US Citizen with a social security card and a valid state driver's license.
- Meet medical and physical standards as outlined in the contract.
- Meet background screening and suitability requirements.
- Fluently read and write English.

Work is typically in a busy office or production environment and subject to frequent interruptions with long periods of sitting, standing, or walking.
Extended hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays may be required.
May be subject to outdoor conditions including extreme temperatures and weather.
Subject to high noise levels, hazards including a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat, extreme cold, or exposure to chemicals.
Physical Requirements:Must have visual and audio acuity to heavy equipment, machines such as fire equipment and apparatuses.
Must meet all physical and psychological standards as required by the contract.
