Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Provider Relations Specialist I to join our team at CorVel Healthcare Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provider Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with healthcare providers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contract Management: Review and ensure compliance with contractual agreements, ensuring that all parties are aware of their obligations and responsibilities.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in healthcare or customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and guidelines, as well as contract management principles.
