Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Clerk to join our team. As a Food Service Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate records, processing transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain accurate records of food service transactions, including meal delivery tickets and inventory management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of food service compliance files and inventory.
  • Operate office equipment, including computers, printers, and other machinery, as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a food service or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

The majority of your time will be spent at your desk, with occasional lifting, carrying, and bending. You should be able to lift up to 20 pounds, climb, walk, stand, and push/pull up to 40 pounds.
