The Unit Clerk provides critical support services to the nursing, clinical, and medical staff at Telecare's Pierce County Evaluation & Treatment (E&T) center. This role involves a range of clerical and technical duties, including contact with members served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the nursing and clinical staff
- Assisting with medical records and Electronic Health Record (EHR) management
- Facilitating communication between staff and members served
- Supporting the overall mission of Telecare to deliver excellent and effective behavioral health services
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Six months' experience as a unit clerk or administrative support staff in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and Electronic Health Record (EHR)
