Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on transportation and infrastructure enhancement projects.
  • Lead the preparation of critical project proposals and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Prepare essential deliverables, including environmental compliance documents and feasibility studies.
  • Conduct public engagement and stakeholder outreach to assess community impacts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of experience in Transportation or Environmental Planning.
  • Professional registration as a PE or AICP is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing environmental planning projects.
  • Familiarity with NEPA documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in MicroStation and ArcGIS is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of transportation planning and environmental policies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach to teamwork.
