Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Hobbs, NM. As a Sales Representative for Ulterra, you will be responsible for representing our company ethically and professionally at the field level, growing revenue and market share, building relationships, capturing performance data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Call on all rigs in assigned area with consistency and professionalism, prioritizing customer service and relationship-building.
  • Follow all safety procedures at all times and maintain a safe and clean company vehicle.
  • Account for 100% of inventory at all times through accurate documentation and procedures.
  • Achieve a minimum of 95% bit record collection monthly with accuracy and quality standards met.
  • Complete all required reports (daily reports, expense reports, vehicle inspection reports, revenue flashes, and other requested reports) by deadlines with quality standards met.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • At least one year of sales or relevant experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Clean driving record and ability to navigate maps and use GPS.
  • Basic reading and writing skills, with advanced written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time, organized, and comfortable with public speaking.
