We are seeking a highly skilled Banquet Sales Coordinator to join our team at Zia Park Casino Hotel Racetrack. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing banquets and events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute banquets and events, including menu planning, room setup, and special requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful events.
- Manage event budgets and ensure timely payment processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, event planning, or a related field.
- Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
