About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Kelly Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, including memorandums, expense reports, and financial records.
  • Organize files, perform data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion.
  • Greets vendors and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Requirements

  • High School degree or GED required.
  • 5+ years of related experience highly preferred.
  • Intermediate to Advanced level Microsoft Office software programs, including Ariba and Concur.
  • Must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
