Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a committed and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time capacity within the educational field. This role provides an opportunity to positively influence the lives of students facing communication challenges.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Create and execute tailored educational plans (IEPs) for each student.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to students with identified speech and language difficulties.
  • Work in partnership with educators, families, and other staff to enhance students' learning experiences.
  • Keep precise documentation of student progress and share updates regularly.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and assist in shaping educational strategies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Possession of valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it.
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience in a school environment is highly valued.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
