Key Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavioral services to children (ages 3-18) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as directed by the BCBA.
  • Document child behaviors and skill progress using electronic data collection software.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance ABA services and client outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisory staff and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of clients during treatment sessions.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Speech and Language, Child Development, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children/adolescents with special needs, including Autism, using ABA-focused interventions is preferred.
  • RBT Certification is preferred but not required; company will provide RBT training.
  • Availability to work daytime and/or after-school hours based on client schedules.
  • Reliable transportation and insurance are required.
