Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Renewable Energy Sales Specialist to become a vital part of our dedicated sales team at Sol-Up USA. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, provide valuable insights about solar energy solutions, and facilitate the transition to sustainable energy sources for both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

The primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through direct engagement, networking, and community outreach.
  • Conduct in-person meetings with potential clients to present tailored solar solutions that align with their energy needs.
  • Utilize proven sales methodologies to ensure a consistent and effective client experience.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Complete assigned tasks from management and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including reports and client interactions.
  • Leverage technology and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Communicate product details clearly to clients and connect them with team members for further assistance when necessary.
  • Address client concerns and objections effectively to secure sales.
  • Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Assist clients in understanding the benefits of transitioning to clean energy solutions.
  • Schedule consultations for potential clients to explore solar options.
  • Represent Sol-Up USA with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in all work-related activities.
  • Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management promptly.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while conducting business.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Possession of or eligibility to obtain a sales solicitation license as required.
  • A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in utilizing software and technology for daily operations.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

Candidates must be able to:

  • Lift or carry up to 30 pounds without assistance.
  • Access all work areas as needed.
  • Engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

Compensation:

Compensation is commission-based, with potential earnings ranging from $40,000 to over $200,000, depending on performance and sales achievements.
