Role Summary

As the renewable energy sector continues to expand rapidly, we are excited to invite a dedicated and passionate Renewable Energy Sales Specialist to our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including networking events and community engagements.
  • Conduct in-person consultations with prospective customers to present tailored energy solutions that align with their needs.
  • Utilize proven sales techniques to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with all clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales targets and complete assigned tasks.
  • Document daily activities, including reports and area assessments, to track progress and performance.
  • Employ designated software tools to manage sales activities efficiently.
  • Communicate product information clearly to clients or connect them with appropriate team members for further assistance.
  • Follow up with leads and manage sales opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Assist clients in understanding the transition to renewable energy and its benefits.
  • Schedule consultations for potential customers to explore solar energy options.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards in all work-related activities.
  • Report any incidents or unsafe conditions to management promptly.
  • Comply with all relevant laws and regulations while conducting business.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a sales solicitation license as required by local regulations.
  • Strong self-motivation and work ethic.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using technology and software for sales management.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift or carry up to 30 pounds as needed.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work in various environmental conditions.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation is commission-based, with potential earnings exceeding $120,000 annually based on performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
