- Minimum 6 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in technical equipment design, troubleshooting, and project management.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft 365.
- Strong understanding of machine components, dynamics, and machine design.
- Ability to solve complex problems and promote effective solutions.
