- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, are required.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Emotional Maturity: Emotional maturity and ability to modify communication style to that of others is required.
