Compensation Package

We offer an attractive compensation package, including:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $25.50 for direct therapy and $29.50 for supervision duties (DOE)
  • A generous sign-on bonus of $2000 and relocation assistance of $1000-$2000
Job Responsibilities

As a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing 1:1 play-based instruction to clients using techniques from the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Assisting clients in acquiring academic and/or appropriate life skills, such as toilet training, eating, and self-help skills
  • Utilizing company-provided technology for data collection and progress reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • σ A Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities using behavior principles
  • σ Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in your approach
  • σ Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • σ Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
