Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health

We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as the Deputy Director of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, representing the organization at designated meetings, and collaborating with leaders to achieve program goals.

This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive organizational success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with program leaders, consumers, and staff to ensure participant safety and well-being.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, program development, and budget management to drive business growth.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and county contract requirements to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Oversee clinical services, documentation, and electronic health records system to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead clinical directors and supervisors to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Manage contracts and MOUs for outpatient behavioral health programs to drive business growth.

We offer a competitive salary range: $105,000 - $115,000/year, comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, rapidly-accruing paid time off (PTO), and discounts on childcare and day camp programs.
