Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Planned Giving to join our team at the University of Washington. This is a key role in our advancement department, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure major gifts from individuals, trusts, and foundations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive planned giving program to identify, cultivate, and solicit major gifts from alumni, friends, and other constituents.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, volunteers, and university leaders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the university to advance the institution's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in planned giving and apply this knowledge to inform program development and implementation.
  • Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, with a focus on securing major gifts and ensuring donor satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 days in office a week
  • Hybrid Eligible
What We Offer
  • $91,600 - $116,000 per year
