Job Summary

We're seeking a creative and collaborative Senior Social Media Manager to play a key role in how we connect with our audience through organic social channels. As a Senior Social Media Manager, you'll help ignite our channels globally and drive awareness, engagement, and action.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all owned social media and content plans, prioritizing X, LinkedIn, and YouTube while continuously evaluating Circle's brand presence on nascent or audience-specific platforms.
  • Develop and author a consistent stream of fresh, creative content that drives awareness, engages our audience, and encourages action.
  • Guide and oversee how we appear visually on social channels, driving engagement through socially-native content while ensuring strong brand alignment.
  • Manage Circle's social media roadmap, working cross-functionally for channel execution and editorial planning; serve as an advisor to other teams.
  • Identify, develop, and optimize the role social plays in new product launches, country launches, growth initiatives, and brand campaigns.
  • Support our emerging influencer marketing strategy to drive USDC awareness and brand engagement.
  • Contribute meaningfully to the overall social media strategy - meeting marketing objectives and utilizing social channels to drive relevance and engagement.
  • Manage external resources as needed, including social freelancers or agencies.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the results of organic social initiatives.
  • Research social trends and regularly test new concepts and content while utilizing business insights to inform your plans and continually optimize performance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in social media, Web3 marketing, content, social media analytics, B2B consumer finance.
  • Expertise in organic social and content, with an understanding of consumer finance, Web3, and digital currency.
  • World-class communication skills, including presentation and writing skills, with the ability to flex into copywriting when needed.
  • Experience recruiting and managing external resources to scale your work, including freelancers, contractors, and agencies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments and consistently drives radical clarity around narrative, goals, and timelines.
  • Natural researcher with an appetite for learning about the future of digital currency and blockchain.
  • Experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, GSuite, Hubspot, and analytics tools.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base pay range: $160,000 - $207,500.
  • Annual bonus target: 17.5%.
  • Equity and benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Discretionary vacation policy.
  • 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
