Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Daily process and input of all customer orders and distribution accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Reporting: Provide daily operational reports that are accurate and timely, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Run stock reports to check for product availability, generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, and post inventory records.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping, and inventory management.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers as required, responding to all inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain excellent working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support with other miscellaneous projects, filing, and research, as required.
