Job Summary

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding, for all levels and roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Life-Cycle Recruiting Activities: From kick-off to onboarding, across all levels and roles.
  • Source Candidates: On various platforms and build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR, and candidates.
  • Prioritize and Manage Multiple Recruitment Tasks: Efficiently while ensuring an organized workflow.
  • Recruit for Engineering Roles: In addition to general positions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience.
  • 3-5 Years of Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience.
  • Strong Knowledge of Candidate Sourcing Strategies and Platforms.
  • Proven Ability to Manage Priorities and Maintain Organization.
  • Experience Recruiting for Engineering Roles is required.
