Position Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you will deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service. Employ effective sales strategies and showcase in-depth product knowledge in a dynamic retail environment.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering genuine, friendly, and enthusiastic customer service that reflects our commitment to excellence.
- Meeting established sales targets and staying informed about current promotions and offerings.
- Assisting customers with specialized services such as gift wrapping, gift registries, locating products, and managing orders.
- Utilizing effective sales techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance productivity.
- Demonstrating thorough product knowledge, including features and benefits, to assist customers effectively.
- Accurately processing transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Contributing to the visual presentation of merchandise, including signage and lighting, to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and organization, including the stockroom.
- Processing, tagging, and restocking merchandise as required.
- Performing additional tasks as directed by management.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
- A passion for sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to operate the POS system.
- Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, using appropriate equipment and safety measures.
