Key Responsibilities:


• Enhance sales performance while delivering exceptional and welcoming customer service.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and requirements.
• Cultivate relationships with clients and maintain an organized client database.
• Drive sales through collaborations with interior designers and wardrobe stylists.
• Manage all point-of-sale transactions, including sales, exchanges, refunds, and gift services.
• Participate actively in store operations, including display maintenance and stock management.
• Contribute to store events and promotions.
• Encourage customer participation in the Jenni Kayne Rewards program and foster engagement on social media platforms.
• Provide constructive feedback to management and prepare daily business summaries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines for asset protection.


Qualifications:


• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail sales.
• Interest or experience in home interiors is advantageous.
• Positive attitude and dedication to outstanding customer service.
• Availability to work during peak business hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Capability to lift and move heavy items (20 pounds or more) as needed.

The annual base salary range for this position is $45,760 - $49,920, determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
