Key Responsibilities:

The RazerStore Sales Specialist will represent our brand, assisting customers in discovering the ideal Razer products and crafting unforgettable shopping experiences. You will be pivotal in delivering superior customer service, boosting sales, and meeting essential performance metrics.
Core duties include:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by welcoming, assisting, and recommending products.
  • Enhance sales through effective demonstrations, upselling, and cross-selling techniques.
  • Achieve and surpass sales objectives and performance indicators.
  • Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, industry developments, and promotional offers.
  • Efficiently manage inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet store goals and foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Assist customers with product selection, offer information, and showcase items.
  • Operate the cash register and accurately process transactions.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Uphold company policies and undertake additional assigned responsibilities.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, an individual must be capable of fulfilling each essential duty effectively. The following qualifications are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.   • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of one year of retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting while remaining attentive to customers.
  • Basic math and computer skills are necessary.
  • Understanding of basic POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • A passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming products.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary Ranges (per annum):
$37, $64,058.00
