Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support the financial operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily sales invoices and maintain general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare journal entries and perform month-end close procedures.
  • Assist in financial statement consolidation and internal controls.
  • Comply with sales and use tax regulations.
  • Process employee expense reports and oversee inventory accuracy.
  • Assist in lease management and vendor claims processing.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • GAAP experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
