Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Supply Chain Support team at U-Haul. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal U-Haul sites, processing and entering orders, and expediting or special handling of orders as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Order Processing: Process and enter orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and up-to-date.
  • Supply Chain Support: Provide support to internal U-Haul sites by expediting or special handling of orders as needed, and communicating critical information quickly and effectively to all pertinent groups.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous training and development to improve skills and knowledge, and strive for continuous improvement and growth within the team.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a supply chain or logistics environment.
  • Decision-Making Skills: Good decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and other teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP or other similar ERP systems.
Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required. Associate's Degree or equivalent in experience preferred.
