We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a key member of our nuclear medicine department, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced radiology technologist to work with our team of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various imaging procedures, including PET and SPECT scans, on patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality imaging procedures, adhering to established protocols and guidelines
  • Systematically evaluate procedure quality and maintain equipment by performing quality control checks as required
  • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure their comfort and understanding throughout the examination process
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, nursing staff, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Ensure accurate transfer of patient images to the PACS system for clinical review and dictation by physicians

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience.
