Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
DaVita is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in the hospital and outpatient settings. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to a team while making a difference in the lives of our patients and their families dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
- Provide administrative support to a team in a positive and dynamic environment.

Requirements:
- Excellent computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office).
- Type 60 WPM.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Obtained their CMS-approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification and at times operates as a PCT.
