Job Summary

Family First is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our office support staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, administrative support, and maintain a positive office environment.

This is a full-time position working in our Tacoma, WA office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
  • Assist with new employee onboarding, including setting up technology and office needs.
  • Manage company calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Professional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS 365, phone systems, and other office software.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
