About the Role

Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of food, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of culinary staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures to meet customer needs and preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a culinary management role, preferably in a high-volume food service environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience required.
