Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, while maintaining a high level of culinary excellence.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Manage food costs, labor, and inventory, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our culinary services.
Requirements
  • Certified Executive Chef (CEC) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in culinary management, preferably in an upscale dining environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
