Job Title: Senior Marketing Technology Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Technology Program Manager to drive the innovation, operational readiness, and adoption of security governance across the Consumer Sales Organization (CSO). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL), security-related assessments, and/or vulnerability management, as well as prior experience with end-to-end large-scale project or program management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with compliance teams and KPI owners to understand which KPIs will be part of future Secure Future Initiatives (SFI) waves.
  • Develop planning documents and drive discussions to action, ensuring execution and managing ambiguity and complex scenarios.
  • Support tracking of deliverables and timeliness in workflow tools, following governance processes to ensure any possible changes/issues are socialized prior to implementation.
  • Orchestrate program deliverables and requirements across stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships with lateral stakeholders.
  • Drive mitigation of security alerts sent to senior leadership, escalating stakeholder issues when appropriate.
  • Provide project consultation support for teams concerning Shadow IT/Security setup.
  • Develop roadmap, define strategy, and drive technical solutions for security initiatives while adhering to all compliance regulations.
  • Own, update, and maintain the Shadow IT SharePoint repository for stakeholder documentation and respond to support inquiries received via the Shadow IT mailbox.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing operations, technical program management, technical project management, or related experience within security/ITOR equivalent experience.
  • Experience with security lifecycle development (SDL), security-related assessments, and/or vulnerability management.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, across a wide variety of stakeholders and disciplines, earning trust and collaborating via multiple communication channels.
  • Experience with end-to-end large-scale project or program management and rollouts across a complex cross-org, cross-business, or cross-disciplinary program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience within security/ITOR.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of marketing operations, technical program management, technical project management, or related experience.
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, Security+, or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field and 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, and anomaly detection.

Benefits:

Microsoft offers a competitive salary range of $103,800 - $200,300 per year, with a different range applicable to specific work locations. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
