The IT Specialist will be responsible for delivering comprehensive system support, services, and development for the organization and its employees. Education and Experience:

  • Vocational or undergraduate degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
  • Two to three years of experience in information systems, development, computer science, or IT-related roles is advantageous.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bilingual in Korean and English.
  • Experience in project management (IT project lifecycle).
  • Proactive approach and initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure and application architectures is beneficial.
  • Excellent social and communication skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication capabilities.
  • Experience in system process analysis and design.
  • Knowledge of Object-Oriented (OO) Programming (Java).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Understanding of ERP systems (preferably SAP, SD Module).
  • Experience with database systems (SQL Server/MySQL/Oracle).
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Position involves sitting at a desk and working on a computer for a significant portion of the time.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is required.
  • Local travel may be necessary up to 10% of the time.
