Your Role:
As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering routine nursing care to assigned patients, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. Your daily tasks will include:
  • Providing direct patient care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of a State-approved CNA program.
  • Current registration/licensure in the applicable State, maintaining an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.
  • CPR certification upon hire or during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification.

  • Exhibit outstanding customer service and a positive demeanor towards patients.
  • Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
  • Maintain professional relationships with all associates and vendors.
