We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in our vibrant retirement community. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering personalized care and support.

We are currently hiring for both Full-time and Part-time positions across various shifts.

Your Responsibilities as a Care Partner:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' well-being.
  • Encourage participation in community activities and programs.
  • Maintain open communication with healthcare professionals, families, and residents.

Qualifications We Are Looking For:

  • A positive attitude and a passion for working with seniors.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Current certification as a CNA/GNA/DCA or PCA, or the ability to obtain one.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to acquire.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in caregiving.
  • Experience in Memory Care is advantageous.
  • Willingness to obtain a fingerprint clearance card.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
