Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Assistant to join our team at Kairoi Residential. As a Service Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily upkeep and maintenance of our communities, providing exceptional service to our residents, and supporting the service team in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the service team with daily maintenance tasks, including inspecting work completed by vendors and reporting any issues to the Service Manager or Community Director.
  • Assist with the make-ready of vacant apartment homes, ensuring they are fully prepared for new residents.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the grounds and common areas to ensure the community looks its best.
  • Assist with pool cleaning and maintenance, as well as completing resident and community service requests as needed.
  • Participate in on-call or emergency service requests, providing timely and effective support to our residents.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience, including general carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical knowledge, and basic HVAC knowledge.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations.
  • Excellent customer service and time management skills.
  • A high school diploma, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
