- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets to ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
- Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
- 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, including supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance principles and practices, including preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with maintenance personnel, other departments, and external vendors.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex maintenance issues.
