Key Responsibilities:
The Precious Metals Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with management and team leaders to provide exceptional support to our clientele. This role encompasses adherence to established policies and procedures while executing daily operations as directed by the management team. The specialist will cultivate a professional, employee-focused culture, ensuring a secure and efficient operation with a high standard of service delivery.
- Comply with all company protocols and guidelines.
- Manage the loading and unloading of transport vehicles.
- Operate vault machinery and equipment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation.
- Accurately count items, document quantities and serial numbers, and sign off on receipts and manifests.
- Ensure proper packing to prevent damage during transit.
- Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify discrepancies and potential financial risks.
- Execute tasks as directed by managers and supervisors.
- Communicate effectively within a collaborative, high-performance team setting.
- Engage proactively in all aspects of vault operations, including requirements gathering, development, quality assurance, deployment, documentation, and ongoing support.

Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in the precious metals sector.
- Familiarity with COMEX regulations is advantageous.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven capacity to adapt to changing priorities and timelines through analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to respond positively to project adjustments and changes.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to contributing to team success.
Education and Certification:
- High School Diploma required.
- College Degree preferred.
Work Environment:
- On-site work required five days a week.
- Climate-controlled workspace.
- Physical ability to lift 50-70 lbs regularly.
- Potential responsibilities outside of standard business hours and on weekends.
- Overtime may be necessary to meet business demands.
- Work conducted in areas with limited exposure to natural light.
Compensation:
The hiring salary range is $19.23-$22.50, determined by the applicant's education, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role may also be eligible for an incentive compensation plan based on business performance and management recommendations. A comprehensive benefits package, including medical and financial options, is available depending on the position.
