Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead to join our team at WK Kellogg Co. As a key member of our plant leadership team, you will be responsible for driving improvements in safety, food safety, service, financial results, quality, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Safety First - Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- The Daily Grind - Lead the plant-wide cost savings program to meet annual targets, including identification, validation, coaching, and execution of projects.
- Drive Change - Establish and maintain plant KPIs and visual factory tools, and serve as the owner of the KPLAS/downtime reporting system.
- Empower Teams - Identify process inefficiencies and lead activities using cross-functional resources to deliver business results.
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field with manufacturing experience in project and process management, or extensive exposure in process improvement in a packaging manufacturing environment preferred
- A history of driving projects to focus on building sustainable processes to improve OEE, as well as driving improvement through SMED methodologies
- Experienced with Daily Direction Setting for a team to implement improvements in processes and people
- Well-versed in working with Operations and Training Departments to ensure progression of Operations Team members, as well as mentoring Operations team members in manufacturing equipment concepts and processes
