Salary: $15/hour
Position Overview:
- Adheres to documented guidelines and standard operating procedures to produce high-quality adhesive products.
- Collaborates effectively with adhesive operators to ensure the production of superior products.
- Conducts preventive maintenance tasks as necessary.
- Performs in-plant laboratory evaluations to meet intermediate and final product specifications.
- Responsible for meticulous batch sheet management and sample retention.
- Implements correct procedures for waste handling, storage, and transfer.
- Loads and combines materials according to the Process Master specifications.
- Unloads and packages products in accordance with the Package Master directives.
- Generates product labels and barcodes.
- Operates forklifts and material handling equipment, completing daily inspection logs.
- Adheres to all safety protocols and fosters a secure working environment.
- Maintains exemplary housekeeping standards.
- Assists in various liquid and specialty areas as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience in batch manufacturing operations is preferred.
- Must demonstrate a history of reliability and safety consciousness.
- Sound decision-making skills are highly regarded.
- Commitment to in-plant intermediate testing and preventive maintenance is essential.
- Ability to promote a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.
