JOB SUMMARY

Design, develop, implement, and assess tailored solutions that support organizations in boosting productivity and revenue, thereby positively influencing overall performance. The implementation of solutions will include aspects of business development, organizational design, process optimization, and financial systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver measurable and sustainable value for clients, reflected in financial statements and overall quality of life.
  • Oversee the identification and communication of tasks to be completed on behalf of the client.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the assigned Assistant Director or Senior Project Director.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • A minimum of four years of consulting experience with a proven track record of delivering value.
  • Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite, financial software, dashboards, CRM systems, and project management software.
