Clinical Leadership Role

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Hudson Bay Health and Rehabilitation. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional patient care, including administering medications, developing care plans, and monitoring patient status
* Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
* Participate in medication management, including administering medications, preparing and documenting medication orders, and identifying and reporting adverse reactions
* Assist with emergency situations, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration

**Requirements**

* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred
* Current RN/LPN licensure in the state employed
* Valid CPR certification
* Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred
