Qualifications:
Candidates must fulfill the educational criteria for 'highly qualified paraprofessional' as outlined by federal regulations and the No Child Left Behind Act. Basic competencies in reading, writing, and mathematics are required. Summary:
The role involves assisting in creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students. The individual will implement instructional directives provided by professional staff, as designated by the principal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Support the principal and educational professionals in fostering a safe and organized school environment.
2. Aid in the delivery of effective instructional and tutoring strategies.
3. Assist students in developing routines and mastering instructional materials related to ESOL, Title, special education, library, reading, and other relevant areas.
4. Respond appropriately to emergency situations in accordance with established policies and procedures.
5. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Superintendent of Schools or principal.
