  • Measure and combine ingredients to create a variety of baked goods and desserts
  • Operate mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to prepare desserts
  • Read and understand recipes to ensure accurate preparation
  • Prepare and produce the dessert station products to meet customer demand
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure seamless production and quality control
  • Research and test new recipes to enhance our menu offerings
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficient production and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and fine work
  • Cake decorating skills
  • Proper First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management
  • Ability to prepare large quantities of product
  • Knowledge of different mixing methods
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Flexibility in schedule and ability to lift up to 50lbs
